These terms govern your use of Warm Table. By creating an account, you agree to them. Please read Section 5 in particular before relying on Warm Table around any allergy or medical dietary need — it explains exactly what our filters can and can't promise you.

By creating a Warm Table account, you confirm you're able to enter a binding agreement and that you're at least [minimum age to be finalized — see Privacy Policy §8] years old. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the app.
When you publish a recipe or other content to Warm Table:
Some recipes in Warm Table are imported from publicly-available third-party websites, with attribution back to the original source. We make no warranty about the accuracy of that content — any error, whether it originated on the source site or in how we processed it, is the responsibility of the original source, not something we can guarantee against.
Warm Table is a planning aid, not a medical or dietary safety guarantee. Ingredient lists — whether scraped from another site or submitted by another user — can be incomplete, mistyped, or simply wrong, and never capture manufacturing or cross-contamination warnings.
You are responsible for personally verifying every ingredient before preparing or eating a meal — especially if you're managing an allergy, intolerance, or other medical dietary need. This applies equally to:
The full, plain ingredient list is always shown on every recipe you view, regardless of any filter you have active — a filter changes what gets suggested to you, never what's visible on a recipe you're actually looking at.

Warm Table currently offers its full feature set free of charge. If we introduce a paid subscription tier in future, billing will be handled through Google Play Billing, subject to Google Play's own terms, and this section will be updated with the specifics before that tier launches.
Warm Table is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the fullest extent permitted by law — any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recipe or nutritional information is accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sablyx Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of Warm Table — including, specifically, any health outcome or allergic reaction connected to a recipe accessed through the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or [a nominal amount, e.g. $50], whichever is greater.
Nothing in this section limits any liability that can't lawfully be limited, such as liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct, where applicable law doesn't allow it to be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold Sablyx Apps harmless from any claim arising from content you submit, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
You may stop using Warm Table and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, at our discretion, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you why.
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be finalized with legal counsel], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll ask you to review and re-acknowledge them the next time you open the app. The version date at the top of this page always reflects the version currently in effect.
